5% of the time we're getting brought in by some external component, like let's say the board who says, Hey, this company is failing. And they bring us on to help them with their leadership. The reason that they're doing well is because they're humble enough to say when the market shifts, they go, Oh, we didn't judge that. Well, here's an adjustment we can make or the competitor to this and they didn't expect it. They admit that they got, you know, the competitor got a one up on them. Letting your ego blame other people is a complete disaster and doesn't work.
