There's something very special about putting your body under the stress of weight and resistance training. After you do it for a certain amount of time, it becomes indispensable to a good mood. Some people really love it, and they get a runners high, and they feel great during and after work out. I just kind of liked the effects of it. But i do also think in terms of athletic skill here, again, a lot of guys over specialized. Ande, so it gets back to this issue of general comfetence.
