How Long Should You Stay at a Job?

How long do you need to stay at a job? Like I mentioned, part of my fear with the June of Villivers that you've invested much time and then they take off after you. People with zero experience get, you know, one rate and people with one year experience can double it. To even really get a good footprint at being at a place, I'd say you have to be there at least a year. See somebody at a place that long usually is a good sign that they're getting along with people they know what they're doing.
