The Importance of Consistency in a School Leader

I think being a school leader is like one of the hardest jobs on the planet, right? And I really do believe that having a school leader who is consistent really just believes fundamentally and it just consists and makes such a difference in my teaching experience. Both Brad and I schools graduated 100% of our seniors to four year colleges.
