Putin's Close Friend Aurora

Aurora: I assess Putin as an enemy of the weft because he's taken on the bio labs in Ukraine. He is a cool very close friends with this other Armenian person, a Ruben Vardanyan, who was very nearly sanctioned by the US. And then he avoided sanctions by transferring his assets, you know, and put in the revolt his citizenship. But that was actually helping him to avoid sanctions and transfer his assets. Now he is a president of this breakaway republic Nagorno Karabakh which is basically controlled by Russia. You know, one of those places where they set up you know permanent state of civil war on the borders.
