People at the ready are very conscientious, and if they are paying them selves from the centre, they will not fail. What i've come to clarity about is that there's a difference between the good citizenship behavior and and special projects. Should you volunteer to be on the police force every night for seven days a week? I would say that's up to you. It requires a different level of specialization and focus. And maybe you should be paid for that.
