I always feel like the first goal has to be that functional strength. It's living in this world of performance physique. Even though they're not competing, they're still bodybuilding, but they have to perform like an athlete. So I don't think you're ever going to become world class in one area. Like none of them are going to get up at the Olympia next this week and compete. On the other hand, they wouldn't be able to perform on a NFL football field. They don't, but they're becoming in a way, which is ironic because you're training to be superheroes,. You need to train them to almost be like the jack of all trades.
