i talk about yes and, which is a raising of expectationsmae, new promises while keeping old ones. The third category is what i call o crap - the discovery that you've broken a promise but only after it's too late to fix things. Yes, i know i promised you sports movie, but i'm going to give you an amazing cinematic experience that's going to touch your soul. You wouldn't have come into the theatrer to watch this anyway. But it's important. And, and thank you everybody. And i'll my oscar now.
