Is Universal Basic Services a Social Democratic Reform?
i wonder if this doesn't make the case for universal basic services over universal basic income, as a social democratic reform. Yes, ideologies are not materially entirely determined, obviously, but at the end of the day, they are materially grounded. It's true that it can lead in a more radical it lends itself to them being used as a basis for more radical forms of politics.
