Malcolm Gladwell - Is There a Book That You Should Read?

You mention a bunch of business books that you thought were great. Is there a book that you think might help somebody kind of get their head wrapped around how to communicate their thoughts, a writing book, maybe? You know, i don't have a specific writing book that comes top of mine, but i will say, as someone who learns through doing a lot a i think just reading anything from malcolm gladwell will definitely point you in the right direction for how to become a better writer.
