How to Avoid Debt Relief Scams

A lot of credit cards have a manufacturer warranty baked into those cards. So instead look for a credit card that maybe has this coverage already. If they ask for fees up front before it settles any types of debt whatsoever, avoid that at all costs. Debt relief scams may advise you to even stop making payments. This negatively impacts your credit score.
