Average hourly earnings are up five point seven %, a big lift induced by all this is wage inflation intrenched. Even though we are getting a nice adjustment in wages, wages on a basis, are still negatives. But as a result of an underlying strong economy, you are gettingsoe wage pressures. And ultimately, that's, that's a good thing for workers.
