Up to 20% of anorismal sub raton hemorrhhage patient. M, and that's most commonly to happen within that first 24 hours of their excess. And we unfortunately do not have strong data to support initiating seizure prophylactis in these particular patients. If the decisions made to initiate cedar prophla it does appear that maybe lavitrisitn e better, is better tolerated than finitoine.
