The bigger your company becomes the more of these three or four page emails you get each week. I think this is a big part of the reason why we ossify the hive mind is that we seem to be prioritizing convenience and easiness as a tier one property for running an effective business which actually those have very little to do with running aneffective business so we get 17 emails like that from units within our large company.
