Basketball Coaching - What Are Some of the Principles That Guide You When It Comes to Coaching?
The irish youth team are moving in the right direction, but it's going to take us a little bit longer. I really want to make sure that i'm doing what's best for the players. Not everybody wants to be an elite basket ball player. Some players just want to get out of that environment at home which might not be safe. Each one is individual. They all have different needs and i cannot treat them as one size fits all.
