The Prophet's All I Said They Used to Do

If the Prophet's Assalam, the best of mankind, used to do stakhfor 100 times a day, how much do you do? How much do I do? Because we know we're sinners, we sin, we make mistakes, terrible mistakes sometimes. But we don't do even nearly, you know, enough the stakhfor.
