S&C coach has worked with some of the world's best rugby players. Gilly says he and his staff are trying to drop a bit of Hennoo, or mildew for fair. The all blacks live in hotels so they can regulate things more than other teams. He is good friends with most of the clubs around New Zealand but doesn't have full control over them.
