What's the Problem With Training and Reproducing Yourself?

I like to tell people I'm a serial church planner. In other words, I go preach a gospel, lay a foundation, raise up leaders and get the heck out of Dodge. The problem with training and reproducing yourself is I'm what's called a "serial church planner" And so you just kept doing that within a church or that was your church. It was just eight and 20. And then you reproduced again. But yes, we have replaced everything's about team leadership for me.
