How Long Did You Live in a School?
I was having intensive sessions in English and how to learn it, I guess. It took about six months to like grasp the language because I went to school every day. My dad was picking up bits of the language so he found a job with someone who could speak Hindi. So then that year comes to an end and you go to London. And is that different for you linguistically? Erm, yeah,. There was more of a community, so my parents wouldn't always need me to support them. They had other family members to support them if they needed. But in a lot of ways, it was quite similar because I was me and my sister with the primary contact for my parents
