A lot of what you talk about with iridology comes back to things you're doing in your diet. Usually it's going to come down to the biggest antagonizers is meat. And that's like flesh, we call protein. But meat, fish, I call it flesh. And dairies major. Alcohol could be one of those is highly, highly inflammatory, highly acidic.
