When Do You Tap Into the Subconscious?

I'm wondering for you, when are you able to more clearly tap into the subconscious in what it's telling you? I'll o to say, like those early mornings for me, like, i just tend to get up extremely early. But if i sit there evenk immediately upon waking up, it's funny, like, what the mind the clarity it has at that time. And i feel like it is at that subconscious level that's coming through a bit more. It takes longer on some days for everything that is sort of shed itself and sort of havean aa moment.
