The Adena Culture in the Ohio River Valley

From the first millennium, the very well known earthworks at poverty point were constructed in the modern state of louisiana. These sites are attributed to the adina culture and represent a recognition of their in a proliferation of such sites in north america. Adena culture marked a period of human success in the ohio river valley starting around two and a half thousand years ago. Their relatively intense mound building demonstrated a spiritual awareness. And any one who came into contact with the adena culture would learn from it and improve from it.
