Do You Have Better Memory Than Others?
Some of us have better memories than others, but yes, your memory depends on what you do and what is relevant to you. The way I describe it in the book is it's like a team of rivals put together with different political opinions. This is what you can argue with yourself if you don't go to the gym so you can argument with yourself. Other networks in your brain say, "I'm going to eat that because it's a rich energy source" You are actually made up of lots of different neural Networks.
