Greenland Ice Field Conservation
Ilullisat ice field is located to the town of Ilullisat, which is the third largest town in Greenland with 4,600 inhabitants. The field is world famous for the beautiful icebergs and the Fjölyskö world heritage site as well. There's been fishing both using boats and also on dog sleds. But because of one of the negative impacts of climate change, namely weaker sea ice, and reduced sea ice this has not been possible to the same extent as before.
