I was just, I think it's inspiring and notable that in some ways your building instinct was born from human illness. And kind of this need right in front of you to help your dad be able to do things that he could no longer do in the context of an illness. So tell us a little bit about that. You've sort of made it your mission to focus on drugging the undrugable as much as possible. That phase is now overused when you started using it. It was still novel and to discover new therapies for really intractable conditions.
