The Importance of Humility in Politics
Skepticism, itself, doesn't turn out to be pure skepticism of a dogmatics sort of a postmodern sort of turns out to be not good politics. And so, as a consequence, I think we need something more like humble knowledge. That's part of what satidism is about. It's also kind of humble knowledge that is, in many respects, more humble than some competing alternatives,. Like pragmatic fallibleism, et cetera, which it shares certain features.
