The Benefits of Time Restricted Eating
As part of the fast 800 program we also recommend you have a go at time restricted eating. It's the brainchild of a professor at the Salk Institute professor panda and sometimes people call it 12 12 14 10 16 8. The best benefits or the most benefits come from stopping eating earlier in the evening so he actually stops eating about 6 p.m. and doesn't eat again until 8 a.m. that's 14 10. There are multiple reasons why this is beneficial not least of which is that having that late night snack is often the undoing of another people.
