The Palestinian Authority's Failure to Protect Palestinians

Palestinian people taking up arms is in the context of state failure. Like we were supposed to give up some of our freedom and get some security, but the Palestinian Authority has repeatedly failed to protect people,. And in lots of other places too. People are trying to protect their own communities when there's been a complete failure by the people who are supposed to protect them. But like international law is also a pointless phrase. It doesn't really mean anything.
