How Much Equity Do You Deploy?

Last year we did over $7 billion in total transactions. That includes new investments as well as dispositions. It was actually a huge year for us on the disposition side. We sold or had realizations of about $2.4 billion of our portfolio in 2022. And last year you did $2.5 billion is that of your equity? That's actually equity that we deployed.
