Should Block Chance Price Discriminate?

I feel like they probably shouldn't, you know, in some philosophical sense, i but in practice, it's completely unsurprising that they do. The first problem is getting people to agree that it's oca to introduce an additional layer of concensous participants other than the miners. I don't think that the hard problem is designing a prodigal that would be useful like that. It's actually getting everyone to agree on it. That ain'tgetting everyone to agree on the fact that there might be an overlay, a consensus overlaylayer, maybe one day.
