Dean Obeidallah: I think the objective of meditation should be to make itself unnecessary. He says that in a state of non duality, you're not a self anymore and can watch your ego a little bit better. There is progress apparently being made in life extension there's a lot of talk these days about the possibility of adding a few decades to our lives. Would you like to live for 800 years or whatever it was that Moses and Adam were living to that sounds about right?
