The main thing for me is it depends on where you sit in the patient's pathway as to how detailed you need to be. You'll see someone with rheumatoid arthritis looks very, very different to someone with ankylosing spondylitis. So if you're seeing people who have already been screened by doctors, et cetera, then you're going to more need to know about the treatment side of things.
