i notice that when i'm in working mode all day, if i work, i work, like, six to seven hours a day. If i do this at night, for the whole rest of the night, i don't feel connected to my phone. I don't feel like i have to jump aroundd and check things out. My goal would be, like, to not even touch my phone after like, maybe six p m, not even touch it. But anyways, you should try it.
