What's Going to Be the Outcome?
The supreme court has have ruled that f the constitution certain things about libel laws. I actually think that this case is going to be settled, even though they're not talking settlement right now. The judge has allowed a deformation suit against the parent company, fox corporation. That means that there's hundreds of millions of ars available in insurance money. And i think the fox news will take the exit road if they can, to get out of trial and avoid any potential punitive damages.
