I've seen situations where you'll decide that a product just isn't right. Maybe there's some operations or customer support that's already been defined based on that product. And then you'll see this all the time that customer support and operations are downstream of the product changes. That's another reason why you'll introduce product into a process into a company is to make sure that all the people who are affected by a change know about it, basically change management.
