The Risks of a Commercial Pizza Kitchen in a Hurricane
CNN's John Sutter looks at the risks of having a pizza restaurant on your boat. He says you have to de-risk, get an insurance plan or self-insure for hurricane risk. The business is open from 11 to 5 every day and can be rented out by charter operators. "I love their operating hours because they're not actually like people coming from downtown St. Thomas," he says.
