Vaxcines don't work, so they should be dropped completely. There's no sense of trying to have that as a barrier for entry into a country. Fraud is such a major part of the story. It almost seems like we've divided into two separate ribes. If you look at the united states, at a map of the united States, it's obviously a very divided country.
