Devo ink was a corporation. We set up the corporation to actually protect the members who weren't writing, so h they wouldn't be screwed out of everything. And we had iner intercorporate ment so that somebody's wife, if things went south, couldn't come in and demand x amount of dollars or that she's on the board downsype.
