So what are the main patterns to observe if you who's listening are also a two? I think it's really important for twos to notice how much they focus on other people. A lot of this can be very unconscious so bringing to consciousness how you you as a two tend to not be in touch with what you need but focus a lot on what other people need or how other people feel. So why do you do you put relationships first all the time and what is being left out like perhaps some tasks some things that you like to do are being left, she says.
