True discovery can only be made by someone with enlightened genius, he says. But like enlighe ot of my sense, absolutely not part of the technocratic view,. Is a nod to an galetarian concept, which means that fundamentally non enlightened people can make discoveries that changes the enlightened world as we up in the world at large. What are they discovering? Quite simply, is it because there are any number of times where mortal scientists have made a discovery that disagrees with the technocracy?
