Seneca - What Is the Next Step?

I discovered Seneca and I discovered kind of stoic kind of approach to things. And one of them was to kind of measure time. So I kept a daily log before that like you've done. But that was much more what I do today. It's interesting because I can correspond that to a behavior. What my mood is, it's just a lot of really interesting information.
