What's It For?

i think design thinking is incredibly powerful and often overlooked. It comes down to the simple question, this work i'm doing, what's it for an educator who's trying to work with a classroom of kids? Why? What's it for a blogger who's blogging every day? Why? If all we're doing is dillying or dallying, then we don't need to optimize anything. We do lots of things that aren't focused on the end. The goal going forward is to create autonomous, creative, independent, hard working, dignified, generous, connected, idea workers. I can make this culture one that i am glad to be living in.
