What Would a Warlord Be Like?

If the U.S. suddenly became like a place where there were regional warlords, who would run Cascadia? I don't think it's going to be maybe a grunge guy. It's somebody that's like some Seattle guy in Filson. He'll be wearing a Steve Jobs turtleneck. But maybe he'll be really buff like Bezos is now. All these guys are getting injections of some kind of rhinoceros hormone or something. You and I can't get them.
