Arbury was charged with aggravated assault, which is a felony. So it wasn't just that he was filming, it's its rie was the aggravated assault, and that than he died. The third guy who was just filming, i mean, thiiso was the ruling than tha,. while he was part of the pursuit. But if they had been following him, or for several minutes, he may have been like, i can't get away from these guys. This guy's holding a shotgun. My only way out of this is to fight back.
