The Self-Inindulgence of Writing

When you scratch the surface of Brian very barely, the idea pours out. There's two major phases for writing, especially long form stuff. The vomit phase is when you are just getting everything out. And then at the end of that, you can begin organizing it and editing it. But none of that is something that you teach. None of that isSomething that I learned in school. Like it is just all a process by which you have to go through. Every moment if you are not making your living doing that or unless you've already gone through this once, every moment you are thinking, "I'm wasting everybody's time"
