Is There a Universal Reductionist in Science?
Science is about reduction, but there are a huge diversity of fields that take various high level components as units of function and causation. Two macro states can have a stronger dependency than their underlying micro states. And antri ty like prof is incorrect using simple, clear models. If you're in any of the other eight states, you are equally likely to go to one of those eight states. So my argument is that if you want to choose between your models of the system, both are valid descriptions of the system. But i'm not b by any means the first person to say this.
