The Importance of Selling Tangibles

Selling tangibles were the things that you were doing, that you were saying. The energy behind your words, the presence you had on stage was intangible. And this is where I first realized that selling is a mind game. Even to me, it still seems crazy that the impact of how you feel and your connection to the present moment, that impact that it has on other people.
