When I entered college and I gained those 30 pounds and my strength skyrocketed. That was when I began following the max OT program. It would be like chess Monday back Tuesday, legs Wednesday Thursday shoulders Friday arms rest Saturday Sunday. In max OT there was no such thing as mind muscle connection because it was just move the weight right. But now it's like I'm learning the little nuance of movement like how you can dumbbell bench pressing grip the inside of the dumbbell to help you out a little bit more.
