The Problem With Grandfarthering
The worst thing you can do and a lot of folks do this is raise prices. Silently. So it's a surprise when the credit card gets charged to run experiments or, you know, raise prices with run experiments on the pricing itself. I think personally, the problem is communication or lack of it or the way it's done versus grandfarthering companies that have communicated really well. And they are break fixes like they pay month on month. That increase in the price, if it is very small, that's okay. If it is higher, they should be given a heads up. These are customers who have trusted and are in the journey with us.
