The Importance of Being Out in the Field

The good idea is never come when we're sitting at our desks, Matt says. The line between us and our quote unquote customers is like such a blurry line that it's just baked in the DNA of the business. You know, everybody on our team rides, everybody has a bike. We ride together. We ride separately. Sometimes they help us at events. And I think that shows in the product and, you know, the, the changes of the big changes have come from being out in the field.
